Summer is wrapping up and whether or not you want to admit it, the holidays are around the corner. I don’t want to skip over fall scented candles, leaves changing, and cracking open windows to let the cool, crisp air fill your home, but I do want to get ahead of the possibility that the holidays have the potential to affect healthy habits that you have worked hard all year to establish.
