Who Inspires Who?

Who Inspires Who?

Hi there camper! How are you doing? Ok, now how are you really doing?! We have made it to the halfway point of this session, so as you’re reading this, pause and think back to the goal you set for yourself in week 1.

What was that goal?

How’s it coming along?

Have you noticed any progress towards it – big and small steps are both worth noting.

Use the Stoplight Progress-O-Meter to honestly evaluate things (refresher on the stoplight system here).

We hope you’re crushing it, but if not, then it’s time to hit refresh. Additionally, it’s time to refuel your motivation tank, so we have compiled lists of who and what motivates our Core Motion Fitness trainers. We hope one or some of these will be just what you need to keep on keepin’ on towards your health and wellness goals. We will continue this conversation next week at boot camp where we would love to hear who or what inspires YOU!
