Shopping List for 1-2 People
Meat
- 3 lb Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 1 lb sweet italian sausage
- 2 cans of tuna
- 6 pork chops
Produce
- Acorn squash (2)
- large container of mixed greens or spinach for salads
- 1 Yellow onion, medium
- Bulb of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 Avocado
- Cilantro
- Green onions
- Blueberries
- 1 Spaghetti Squash
- 2 lb of broccoli ( fresh or frozen)
- Veggies and fruit for snacking ( 2 fruit per day and 2 servings of veggies per day)

- 16 ounce salsa
- 2 cans of pumpkin
- Black pepper, ground
- Cayenne pepper, ground red
- Chili powder, ground
- Sea salt
- Garlic powder
- Coconut oil
- Cumin
- rosemary
- Paprika
- Lime juice
- Almond flour ( ½ c)
- Coconut flour
- Vanilla

- Dijon
- Balsamic vinegar

- Nut butter of choice
- 1 lb unsalted nuts

Feta cheese
Plain greek yogurt
6-8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Day 1
Breakfast – Pumpkin and Blueberry bake
Snack – 1 c plain greek yogurt with stevia and ¼ c nuts
Lunch – 1 c Fiesta Chicken Salad on lettuce/spinach
Snack – 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner – Mustard Balsamic Pork Chops with Spaghetti Squash and tossed salad
Snack – 1 piece of fruit and 1 T nut butter
Day 2
Repeat Day 1
Day 3
Breakfast – Broccoli Egg Bake
Snack- 1 cup veggies and ¼ c nuts
Lunch- tossed salad and grilled chicken with ¼ avocado
Snack – 1 piece of fruit and 1 c plain greek yogurt with stevia
Dinner – Creamy Pumpkin and Sausage Soup with tossed salad
Snack – 1 piece of fruit with 1 T nut butter
Day 4
Repeat Day 3

Breakfast –
Snack – 2 hard boiled eggs
Lunch – Cucumber and Tuna Dip with 1 piece of fruit
Snack – 1 c veggies and ¼ c nuts
