27 Sep That’s a Wrap
As we wrap up our final week of this boot camp session, there is not better time than now to reflect on progress towards goals you may have set for yourself this session. Additionally, you have an opportunity to use next week as a transition week to plan, prep, and organize your habits for optimal nutrition this fall and winter (especially as we near the holidays, but more on that in a future post).
If you’re ready to step up to the food planning plate, we challenge you to start a food log today and continue it through next week. Identify your biggest areas of nutrition opportunity (more veggies, eating breakfast, planning snacks, curbing the late night snacks, etc.). Food logging doesn’t have to be complicated. A notepad and paper, the notes section on your smartphone, or an app such as MyFitnessPal are all wonderful tools based on your preferences.
