And with the new season approaching, there’s no shortage of articles and ads for quick fixes and tips for a swimsuit body. This mystique can make one wonder if it’s possible to remedy specific areas on our body that we may not be totally pumped about. If this rings true for you, it’s important to remember that we’re all working towards the healthiest version of ourselves and our goals vary from person to person. But as you decide if that fat burning supplement or resolution to complete 500 crunches per day makes sense for you, let’s talk about something called spot toning.
