Small Daily Goals

Happy Holidays! While it might not be the best time to completely overhaul your diet or workout regimen, small goals achieved daily can be powerful. Plus, they’re easier to commit and follow through with than a monthly goal. So this Holiday Hustle, we’re challenging you to set a daily nutrition goal. Grab a pad of sticky notes, set calendar reminders in your phone and online calendar, send yourself emails to read when you need encouragement, and do whatever else empowers you to reach your daily goal. 

If you’re unsure where to start, here are some ideas for daily nutrition goals:

  • Double your water intake
  • Eat a serving of veggies at least 2 meals per day
  • Meal plan for the day
  • Cut out your night time snacking past 8pm
  • Skip the alcohol

As you wind down each evening, pause and evaluate how you did with your goal. Reset or choose a new goal for the next day and work that habit snowball each day this holiday season. We’re rooting for you!
