Another session of boot camp is in the books and we’re glad you chose to workout with us! As we roll into the holidays and our Holiday Hustle mini-session (starting next week), we encourage you to take time to check in with yourself regarding a couple of things. 



Since the first week of boot camp in mid-October, have you noticed differences in the following areas:

  • Energy levels
  • Healthy eating and hydration habits
  • Stress level
  • Sleep quality
  • Body composition
  • Exercise motivation
  • Mental clarity
  • Aches and pains


These are only a few examples and you might have another way of tracking your progress towards your healthiest self. We’d love to hear your story when we meet again at your next workout!


The Attitude of Gratitude

We hope you’re able to hit pause and enjoy quality time with loved ones near or far on Thanksgiving Day. While celebrating progress and goal setting are certainly wonderful habits, consider identifying people, resources, experiences, etc. that you are grateful for. Taking time to think about what you are grateful for is an awesome habit to incorporate on a regular basis.
