Victoria has been a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) for over ten years and is coming up on ten years as a personal trainer. She has spent much of her career providing nutrition counseling in her role as a corporate wellness health coach for individuals, families, and groups. Victoria enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them explore and discover a healthy and balanced relationship with food and movement. Additionally, Victoria writes articles on various nutrition, fitness, and wellness topics for our blog.
Victoria loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors by playing golf, camping, and visiting the City and County’s beautiful parks and picturesque natural areas.
Nutrition coaching packages are designed to provide as much education, support, and accountability as you need.
Additionally, employees, spouses, and dependents on the Larimer County or City of Fort Collins health insurance plans have access to wellness funds that can be applied towards working with a registered dietitian.
