Shopping List
Meat
5 lbs chicken breast or tenders
Package of bacon
Dairy and Eggs
3 dozen eggs
12 ct. String cheese
Cottage cheese ( or non fat plain greek yogurt) low fat large container
Produce
1 medium spaghetti squash, halved (about 3 lbs.)
celery
Green onions
Lemon
lime
Parsley
Large container of spring mix or spinach
Veggies for salad
Veggies for snacking (2 c per day)
Bag of carrots
2 Bell pepper
Onions
2 tomatoes
Ginger
Garlic
Avocado
3 c brussel sprouts
2 sweet potatoes
Fruit for snacking 2 pieces per day
Pantry
Nutritional yeast ( in condiment isle in KS or vitamin isle in sprouts)
1 can of pumpkin
Pumpkin pie spice
Stevia
Ground flax seed
All spice
Can of tuna
mayo
½ cup Tessemae’s Mild Buffalo Sauce
Olive Oil
Chicken Broth
Quinoa
Red lentils
Coconut milk
Red curry paste
1 lb nuts
Nut butter of choice
stevia
Day 1
Breakfast – egg bake
Snack – 1 c veggies and 1 string cheese
Lunch – tossed salad and grilled chicken with ¼ nuts
Snack – piece of fruit with 1 T nut butter
Dinner – Lemon chicken and ½ c quinoa and tossed salad
Snack – 1 piece of fruit
Day 2
Repeat Day 1
Day 3
Breakfast – egg bake
Snack – 1 piece of fruit and ½ c cottage cheese
Lunch – Tuna and avocado with tossed salad
Snack – 1 piece of fruit with ¼ c nuts
Dinner- Buffalo Chicken Spaghetti Squash
Snack – 1 piece of fruit
Day 4
Repeat Day 3
Day 5
Breakfast – Pumpkin Pancakes and 1 piece of fruit and a dusting of powdered sugar
Snack – 1 c veggies and 1 string cheese
Lunch – tossed salad with grilled chicken
Snack – ¼ c nuts and ½ c cottage cheese
Dinner- Carrot and Lentil Soup
Snack – piece of fruit
Day 6
Repeat Day 5
Day 7
Leftovers
Treats/snacks (use sparingly)
Dark chocolate chips – 2 T
2T dried coconut with 1 tsp of maple syrup and 1 tsp nut butter
4 c air popped popcorn, light drizzle of olive oil and nutritional yeast
