I can do hard things!

A friend of mine who recently had her third child, mentioned how hard it is right now for her to be motivated to workout, eat healthy, go to work etc. Then she told me that her new motto is “I can do hard things”.

We all have “hard things” in our lives, but that doesn’t mean that those thing get to keep us form our goals. When I’m having a day where I want to throw in the towel and give in to my circumstances, I’m now reminding myself that ” I can do hard things” ( even though they may not seem hard to others!)
