With only a couple weeks of this boot camp session left, it’s time for a nutrition challenge. If there’s something you’ve been on the fence about trying – ie. plant-based style of eating, limiting sweets and desserts, ridding artificial sweeteners, hydrating adequately etc., then go for it! There’s no time like the present, so push yourself to meet your nutrition goal before the end of camp.
If you don’t have a nutrition challenge in mind, don’t worry, we have one for you. A food log! Hooray! How exciting, right?! Although, most people think food logs/journals are only to track calories in an effort to lose weight, there’s actually many more benefits beyond weight management.
