Well, how did your self-awareness self-reflection time go last week? We hope you were able to glean some truths about yourself with a few of the questions in our last post. 

In the same way we can see fruit in our lives and experience positive moments as a result of keeping self-awareness at the forefront, the opposite scenario has the potential to be true if we aren’t working on ourselves.

This week, we’re keeping it simple, but pressing into one more level of self-awareness. We have two questions to share and encourage you to consider as they relate to your overall wellness, relationships and habits:

  • Have you ever experienced consequences in your life as a result of poor or lack of self-awareness? What did you take away from that experience?
  • Do you notice a change in the way that you treat others because of lack of self awareness?

We told you we were keeping it simple. So what do you think?
