Check In

As we approach the final week of boot camp, it is time to hit pause, self-reflect, and share the what’s going really good and not-so-great in our day-to-day as we work towards healthy living. The beauty of this introspection is the opportunity to celebrate the wins (big and small) by sharing what’s working with your family, friends, co-workers, coaches and fellow boot campers. The support and encouragement from sharing your goals and progress can propel you to keep living your healthiest life and as a bonus your experience may inspire others. On the other hand, the same support system can pick you up if discouragement is creeping in. If you’ve ever set out to accomplish something, but the follow-through or roadblocks keep derailing you, it may be an opportunity to ask a family member or friend for a boost of support in that area. There is power in numbers, so muster up the courage to share the not-so-great with someone and we hope you’re pleasantly surprised with the response and outcome.
