Knowledge is power. When looking up the Top 10 Most Asked Questions on Google, we discovered that across all of the sites sharing Google’s top ten, “how to lose weight,” appeared in the most popular search list over and over again. Pretty interesting, huh?
While the internet is full of amazing information and resources, we can also become overwhelmed and over informed about any and every topic we can think of. So, this month, we want to go back to the basics and explore the core truths that we know and believe about our own health and wellness.
To get us started, review the topics below and jot down or take mental note of what comes to mind for each of these:

- Health
- Recovery
Over the next few weeks, we’ll explore each topic and figure out the best and healthiest foundation and truths we can live out in each area.
