23 Sep Ask a Dietician
If you’ve ever tried to keep up with health and fitness trends, you’ve probably realized that it is a never-ending and contradictory world. In one article, eggs are unhealthy and coffee is healthy, however the next article shares opposite evidence about each.
While there is in fact, real science and research about nutrition and exercise, the internet can feel more like a kaleidoscope than a fact-finding lens. Nutrition and exercise habits are unique to each of us, which is really neat to have the freedom to find what works best for you. But the other side of that is the confusion caused by almost endless food and workout choices.
In light of this, we’d like to reserve this week to encourage you to pause and dig deep. What are you (or have you) learned recently about nutrition and the role it plays in your lifestyle? Do you have questions about optimizing your diet? Are you interested in trying something different, but find yourself getting stuck or unsure where to begin?
Ask a dietitian. Send your nutrition questions (seriously, any and all of them) to victoria@coremotion.fitness. Our Core Motion Fitness Registered Dietitian, Victoria, will explore the topics in question and share some of the questions and answers in our blog post next week. Additionally, let us know if you’d prefer she contact you directly about your question and we can make that happen too.
