29 Jul Are you willing to do what it takes?
This week, we want to know – what are your health and fitness goals? Additionally, what is your motivation? Goals are awesome and they are unique to each of us. Each goal requires a different level of dedication, but regardless of the goal, we know that consistency is crucial.
Here’s a tough question. Do you know what it will take you to achieve your health and fitness goal? If so, are you willing to do what it takes?
Whether your goal is weight loss, body fat percentage loss, revamping nutrition habits, training for a race or event, or something else working towards a goal requires a level of lifestyle adjustment.
An honest and realistic evaluation of your goal is an important first step in helping you determine what adjustments make the most sense to be successful. A simple way to do this is make a list of pros and cons about your goal.
We’ve also found a neat infographic to highlight some of the common trade offs when achieving health and fitness goals.
