We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We’re excited that you’re carving out time this holiday season to be intentional about your workouts.
In addition to joining us at boot camp workouts, here are a few tips from Very Well Fit for keeping daily movement a priority – even if you’re out of town during the holidays.
